摘要
对皮革中2,4-二氨基苯甲醚检测过程中的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:连二亚硫酸钠的性质、固相萃取柱的类别、甲基叔丁基醚的纯度、旋转蒸发速度、氮吹仪吹干速度,均对检测结果有影响,其中以甲基叔丁基醚、固相萃取柱的影响最大。试验结果可为检测实验室及相关方法标准的制修订提供参考。
The influencing factors were analyzed in the determination of 2,4 - Diaminoanisole in leather. It shows that follow- ing factors could influence the final test results : the reducing property of sodium hydrosulfite, character of the solid phase extrac- tion column, purification of solvent - the tert - butyl methyl ether, evaporating speed of the rotary evaporator and drying speed of the pressure blowing concentrator. Among these, the solvent - the tert - butyl methyl ether and the column have strong influence. The results could be useful for the practical operation of determining 2,4 - diaminoanisole in different Lab, as well as the modifi- cation of the relative standard method.
