摘要
目的探讨室间隔缺损介入治疗围术期的护理,减少手术并发症的发生,提高疗效。方法对176例室间隔缺损患者,做好术前、术中、术后观察及护理,重点监测术后心功能、水电解质和穿刺部位等变化,及时纠治。结果本组病例全部顺利完成介入治疗,恢复良好,出院后1年随访,效果满意。结论室间隔缺损介入治疗围手术期的护理,直接影响到手术的成败和手术质量;全面、良好的护理可避免不良事件的发生,保障疗效。
Objective To investigate the nursing care for ventricular septal defect intervening treatment in the perioperative period, to reduce the operative complications, improve the healing effect. Methods Nurse the 176 patients with ventricular septal defect before, during and after the operation, pay attention to monitor the changing of the heart function, water- electrolyte and site of puncture, in order to correct issues in time. Results All the pa- tients complete the intervening treatment successfully, and recover well, response satisfied when visit after leaving hospital 1 year. Conclusion Perioperative nursing care for ventrieular septal defect intervening treatment will directly affect the success and quality of operation ; an overall and good nursing care will avoid adverse event and ensure cura- tive effect.
