摘要
通过对在不同的培养基配方、不同抑菌剂及不同pH条件下的球孢白僵菌及几种杂菌的生长速率及成菌落数的测定,筛选出对球孢白僵菌生长有利而对其他杂菌起明显抑制作用的选择性培养基。实验结果为多果定燕麦培养基最优;调节pH值对杂菌的抑制和白僵菌的生长均有一定的作用。
In the present paper,growth of Beauveria bassiana and 3 fungal contaminants on different media were studied.By measuring growing rates and CFU's of B.bassiana in different conditions of medial composition,fungistasis,and pH,selective media for B.bassiana were sieved.The result showed that the oat meal medium with dodine added is the best.pH adjustment gave a stronger inhibiting effect on contaminants than on B.bassiana.
