摘要
采用模块装药作为发射装药的大口径火炮,在模块药的自动装填过程中,供输药机向炮膛轴线翻转动作完成后,出现了协调臂振动振幅过大,输药机无法在规定时间内对准身管药室的故障,延长了装填系统的动作循环时间。通过理论分析、试验测试和动力学仿真相结合的方法,找出了引起协调臂振动振幅过大的各种因素,并提出了相应的改进措施。
The large caliber howitzers was equipped with modular charges as propelling charge, in the auto-loading progress of modular charge, after the charges feeding-and-loading mechanism finished the turnover action towards the axis of the howitzer, the failures appeared that the amplitude of ammunitiontransfer arm vibration was so large that charge-loading mechanism can not aim at the chamber within the fixed time, at last, the operation cycle time of loading system was extended. By means of theoretical analysis, verification text and dynamics simulation, all kinds of reasons to cause the amplitude of ammunitiontransfer arm vibration so large were found out, and the corresponding improvements were put forward.
