摘要
文章描述了基于Intel Atom Z530和TI MSP430F2350的车载PDA硬件实现,针对陆路口岸检验检疫工作"通道式管理"的特点,利用多无线基站、双工作频段、跳频通信等技术,提出了一种改进的基于车载PDA的自动报检通关模式,在此基础上建立了一种陆路口岸智能移动监管系统。该系统在没有物理闸口的情况下,可以减少口岸报检环节,加快口岸通关效率。经现场测试,该系统运行稳定可靠,车辆采集识别率大于99.50%,响应时间小于1s。
The hardware design of vehicle PDA based on Intel Atom Z530 and TI MSP430F2350 is described. According to the characteristics of "vehicle lane management", an improved mode of auto inspection and quarantine and entry-exit based on vehicle PDA is proposed by utilizing the wireless base station, double working frequency, frequency hopping technology and so on. On this basis, an intelli- gent mobile supervision system for land ports is built. In the situation that there is no physical vehicle lane, the system could reduce the links of inspection and quarantine and enhance the entry-exit efficiency. Field testing results show the system has good stability and reliability, the vehicle collection and identification rate is greater than 99.50%, while the response time is less than 1 s.
