摘要
通过对中国环渤海四省市发展现状的比较,分析河北省沿海地区具有独特的区位、资源禀赋等优势。在环渤海经济一体化背景下,河北沿海地区应根据自身优势和特点,积极调整和优化产业布局,大力发展海洋经济,加强港口合作与发展,提高区域技术创新能力,打造国际旅游城市,完善沿海经济发展的保障机制。
Through the comparative analysis to the current situation of the development of four provinces and one city of Circum - Bohai , the authors of the paper point out that the coastal areas in Hebei prov-ince have the superiorities of the unique location, hinterland, transportation, status, resource endowments etc. The authors also put forward that in the context of integration of Circum - Bohai and on the basis of superiorities and characteristics itself, the coastal regions in Hebei province should adopt the following measures：adjusting and optimizing the industry layout actively, developing marine industry vigorously , strengthening port cooperation and development, improving the innovation ability of regional technology, making the international tourism city, and perfecting the safeguard mechanism of the coastal economic de- velopment, etc.
