摘要
尾矿坝稳定性是尾矿库安全评价的核心内容之一,在分析目前尾矿坝安全评价方法存在的问题和不足的基础上,提出应采用可靠度分析方法评价尾矿坝的稳定性。由于可靠度分析方法以概率统计和运筹学为基础,不再是用一个具体的安全系数值来衡量尾矿坝的稳定性,而是把尾矿坝的破坏定义为一种概率结果,由此得到的分析结果更能反映尾矿坝的真实安全状态,对于指导尾矿库运行和管理具有重要意义。
Stability of tailings dam is the core part m me satety eva1 ~ ~ the analysis of problems and shortage existing in current tailings dam safety evaluation method, reliability analysis method, which was used to evaluate stability of railings dam, was proposed. Because this method is based on the probability statistics and operations research, it is not using a specific safety coefficient value to measure the stability of railings dam. On the contrary, the damage of railings dam was defined as a kind of probability result. The analysis results could reflect the real safety situation of tailings dam well, and it has important meaning for guiding of operation and management of tailing pond.
