摘要
提出一种以石英晶体微天平作传感装置的电化学免疫传感器用于分析水体中CAP的残留。通过辣根过氧化酶催化氧化TMB生成沉淀,使石英片谐振频率降低,来测定酶标物和待测物的浓度。对免疫传感器构制参数和传感器测量过程参数进行了优化,传感器对氯霉素检测的线性范围为0.3~180μg.L-1。
Chloramphenieol immunosensor based on quartz crystal microbalanee has been prepared for determination of the residual Chloramphenieol. Through dimer precipitation with oxidation catalyzed by enzyme-substrate, quartz crystal resonator been frequency has reduced. The parameters of the immune sensor fabrication and measurement are optimized, with the measuring range of Chloramphenieol being 0.3~180μg.L-1 under the optimum condition.
