摘要
应用 3 5S研究石斛吸收硫素的规律 ,结果表明 :石斛对硫的吸收量随培养时间(1~ 2 5d)增加而增多 ;随培养温度的上升而增多 ;随培养液中氮、磷、钾的减少而减少 ,其减少程度是缺氮大于缺钾、缺钾大于缺磷。
Absorbing patterns of sulfur in dendrobe were studied by using 35 S. The results showed that the absorbing capacity of sulfur increased with culture time and temprature. The absorbing capacity of sulfur decreased with the deficiency of nitrogen, phosphrus or potassium content in nutrient solution. The decrease of sulfur absorbing capacity varied with the deficiencies in order as following: nitrogen>potassium>phosphrus deficiency. In dendrobe, the absorbing capacity of sulfur in stem was larger than that in leaf.
