摘要
目的:评价胃肠道癌症病人营养状况,探讨营养状况对病人生活质量的影响。方法:采用营养风险筛查工具及癌症病人生活质量测定表评价152例胃肠道癌症病人的营养状况和生活质量,对有或无营养风险者的生活质量进行比较。结果:①有73例(48.0%)病人存在营养风险。②整体生活质量总得分较低,为(52.80±17.05)分,远低于欧洲癌症治疗组织提供的参考值(P<0.01)。其中社会功能得分最低,病人出现疲乏症状最多,且普遍存在因疾病所致的经济压力。③有营养风险病人的整体生活质量、躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能得分低于无营养风险的病人(P<0.01);且前者更易出现疲乏和食欲减退的症状(P<0.01)。结论:胃肠道癌症病人整体生活质量较差,有营养风险者的生活质量更差。
Objective To evaluate and investigate influence of nutritional status on the quality of life in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Nutritional status and quality of life was assessed in 152 patients using Nutritonal Risk Screening(NRS) and Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30). A Comparison on the level of quality of life was performed between patients who were nutritionally at risk and not at risk. Results (1)Seventy-three(48.0%)patients were at risk. (2) The general quality of life of the patients was low (QLQ-C30:52.80±17.05), which was much lower than the reference value of European Organization for Research and Treatmen of cancer(P〈0.01). The score of social function was the lowest. The most common symptom was fatigue and financial pressure was serious caused by disease. (3)The patients with nutritional risk had lower score in general quality of life, physical funcion, role function, cognition function, and were easier to be fatigue and appetite loss than those without nutritional risk(P〈0.01). Conclusions The overall level of quality of life is low in the patients with gastrointestinal cancer and the patients who are nutritionally at risk had even lower quality of life.
