湿度及摩擦涂布对牙本质-树脂粘结剪切强度的影响

摘要 目的:比较湿度及摩擦涂布对乙醇/水基粘结剂(Single Bond 2)和丙酮基粘结剂(One-Step)的牙本质-树脂粘结剪切强度的影响。方法:选用120颗新鲜第三磨牙,随机均分为12组,去除牙合面釉质,在干燥和再湿润脱矿牙本质上分别进行非摩擦涂布(no rubbing action,NRA)、轻轻摩擦涂布(slight rubbing action,SRA)、加力摩擦涂布(vigorous rubbing action,VRA)各10s,光照10s后粘结Chrisma水溶性胶囊。所有的样本通过Instron测试剪切强度,采用SPSS17.0对结果进行统计学分析。结果:湿润组SRA和VRA所获得的剪切强度无显著差异;干燥组VRA所获得的剪切强度明显高于同组SRA、NRA组(P<0.05);且干燥组VRA和湿润组VRA、SRA所获得的剪切强度显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在干燥条件下,乙醇/水基和丙酮基粘结剂加力摩擦涂布于牙本质表面获得的剪切强度,与湿润组轻轻摩擦涂布及加力摩擦涂布组无显著差异。 Objectives: To compare the effects of moisture and rubbing action on the shear-- bond strength (SBS) of an ethanol/water--based (Single Bond 2 [SB2]) and an acetone--based system (One--Step lOS]) to dentin. Methods: 120 selected molars were divided into 12 groups. Superficial occlusal fiat dentin of the molars were ex- posed. Two coats of the adhesives were applied on either a dry (D) or rewetted surface (W),under no rubbing ac- tion (NRA), slight (SRA) or vigorous rubbing action (VRA). After light curing (600mW/cm2 10 s), bond the water--solubility capsules of Chrisma and specimens were stored in water (37℃/24 h). All specimens were loaded and measured with Instron. SPSS17.0 software package was used for analysis of the bond strengths. Results: In W groups, the shear bond strengths of dentin treated by SRA and VRA showed no significant difference for both of ad- hesives. In D groups, The SBS of VRA is significantly higher than the NRA and SRA (P〈0.05). The shear bond strength of VRA in D groups and VRA,SRA in W groups were nor significantly different. Conclusion: High SBS to dentin can be obtained, under dry conditions, when ethanol/water and acetone--based systems, are vigorously agi- tated in the surface. Its strength is similar with the strength of vigorous rubbing action and slight rubbing action in wet groups.
