摘要
目的探讨125I籽粒立体定向内放疗治疗丘脑恶性胶质瘤的疗效。方法对病理诊断为WHOⅢ～Ⅳ级丘脑恶性胶质瘤患者,按照立体定向治疗规划软件,植入125I籽粒进行内放射治疗。结果治疗后近期效果满意,无严重神经功能障碍并发症。本组病例1、2、3年总体生存率分别为90%、65%、45%;1、2、3年无进展生存率分别为70%、45%、30%。结论 125I籽粒立体定向内放疗治疗丘脑恶性胶质瘤既可以减少对周边正常脑组织的放射性损害,又可以达到放射治疗肿瘤的目的,是控制丘脑恶性胶质瘤生长的一种治疗手段。
Objective To evaluate the stereotactic interstitial radiotherapy of Iodine-125 for treatment of thalamus malignant gliomas. Methods 20 cases of thalamus malignant gliomas （WHO Ⅲ-Ⅳ ）were treated in permanent implantation of Iodine-125 seeds assisted with ster-eotactic operation. Results Recent therapeutic effect is satisfactory,no serious neurological com- plications occurred. 1-,2-and 3-year overall survival of this group were 90%, 65T, 45%; 1-,2-and 3-year progression--free survival rates were 70%,45%,30%. Conclusion Iodine-125 stereotactic radiotherapy in treatment of thalamic malignant gliomas can both reduce radiation damage to the surrounding normal brain tissue, and can achieve the purpose of radiation therapy of tumor. This kind of operation has advantages with minimal invasion and good results in the treatment of thalamus malignant gliomas.
