功能性消化不良患者胃容受性的检测方法 被引量:6

摘要 胃功能性消化小良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的发病率高,病因尚未阐明,病理生理机制复杂,临床上诊断较为刚难,治疗多以对症治疗为主…。胃容受性(gastricac commodation.GA)障碍是FD病理生理机制的重要组成部分。因此,检测GA有助于FD的诊断、治疗方案的选择及疗效的观察。目前检测GA的方法繁多,本文对GA的检测方法作一综述,以供临床参考。
