摘要
目的:观察心脏X综合征(CSX)与血浆血栓调节蛋白(TM)、选择素E(Es)水平之间的相关性。方法:选择住院诊断为CSX的患者40例(CSX组),同期健康体检者40例(对照组),采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测两组血浆TM与Es水平,并进行相关性分析。结果:CXS组血浆TM水平[(8.30±4.51)μg/L∶(5.92±2.85)μg/L,P<0.05]和Es[(1.94±1.56)ng/ml∶(1.18±0.72)ng/ml,P<0.05]水平显著高于对照组;Logistic回归分析表明,血浆TM(OR=1.69,P=0.04)与Es(OR=2.42,P=0.03)是影响CSX的危险因素。结论:血浆TM及Es水平升高与CSX相关,微血管内皮功能障碍及炎症反应在CSX发生的病理过程中起着重要作用。
Objective:To study the relationship between plasma levels of thrombomodulin (TM), E-selectin (Es) and cardiac syndrome X (CSX). Method:Forty patients with CSX were included in CSX group, and other 40 people conducted health examination were included in control group. Plasma levels of TM and Es were detected respectively by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and then performed correlation analysis. Result:The levels of plasma TM [(8.30±4.51)μg/L vs (5.92±2.85)μg/L, P〈0.05] and Es [(1.94±1.56)ng/ml vs (1.18±0.72)ng/ml, P〈0.05] were higher in CSX group compared with control group. Logistic regression analysis showed that the plasma TM (OR=1.69, P=0.04) and Es (OR=2.42, P=0.03) were risk factors of CSX. Conclusion:The higher levels of plasma TM and Es are associated with CSX. Microvascular endothelial dysfunction and inflammation may play important roles in the pathogenesis of the CSX.
