摘要
高校毕业生就业工作经过十多年的发展和探索,正进入到加强内涵建设的重要时期,无论是就业创业制度改革的顶层设计,还是毕业生就业工作水平的整体提高,都需要以就业创业科研工作为先导。开展高校毕业生就业创业科研工作要明确毕业生就业创业研究问题域,把握从实践中来到实践中去、自主发展与国外借鉴相结合的原则,选择宏观研究与微观研究结合、定性研究与定量研究相结合、多学科视角融合等多种研究方法。提高就业创业科研工作在高校毕业生就业工作中的重要性,加强对就业创业科研工作本身的研究正变得越来越迫切。
With the development and exploration of university graduates＇ employment for over ten years, it has reached an important stage for promoting the construction of its connotation. Both the top-level design of system reformation of employment and entrepreneurship of university graduates and the whole improvement of employment level need the scientific research about employment and entrepreneurship as the forerunner. To carry out it, it is necessary to define question field of it, follow principles as ＂from practice and to practice＇;＂developing independently while learning from others＂, take many research methods, such as doing research from both macro and micro aspect, uniting quality and quantity analysis, considering from multi-subject perspective.
