摘要 细菌的胞外DNA(eDNA)是胞外生物膜基质的一个重要组成部分,它可以稳定细胞间的黏附和生物膜结构,传递遗传信息。eDNA的释放是细胞自溶的典型结果,格氏链球菌可以通过一种特殊的过氧化氢依赖性机制释放eDNA。本文就格氏链球菌eDNA的释放特征和格氏链球菌eDNA释放的作用等研究进展作一综述。 Bacterial extracellular DNA (eDNA) is an important component of extracellular biofilm matrix. It can stable cell-cell adhesion and biofilm structure, and can transfer the genetic information. DNA release is typically a consequence of cell lysis. Streptococcus gordonii can release eDNA through a special hydrogen peroxide-dependent mechanism. This review will summarize the recent research progress on characteristics of eDNA release by Strepto- coccus gordonii and its release effect.
