摘要 微种植钉支抗系统的出现和发展丰富了正畸支抗的方式并拓宽了正畸治疗的范围,正畸医师对微种植钉的应用已有清晰的了解。随着微种植钉支抗的广泛应用,其在矫治过程中伴随的负面效应也开始引起临床医生的重视,本文将针对微种植钉临床应用中伴随产生的负载后微移动、引起不需要的牙移动、增加牙根吸收的风险和不规则牙槽骨形成等负面效应做一综述。 The appearance and development of miniscrew anchorage system has greatly enriched orthodontic anchorage patterns and broadened the treatment scope, and abundance of knowledge has been accumulated along with its application. Meanwhile, the accompanying negative effects in treatment have aroused clinicians' attention. This review was thereby to address the negative effects in clinical application of miniscrew anchorage, namely micro-movement under load, unwanted tooth movement, increased root absorption risk and irregular alveolar bone formation.
