摘要 危机事件应激管理(CISM)标志着危机干预理论和技术步入新的阶段。CISM是一个由多种成分构成的综合性危机干预体系,包括危机前的准备、危机中的干预、消解危害、危机事件应激回溯、个别辅导、团体辅导和后续措施等内容。在国外,CISM已被广泛应用于抢险救灾、工作场所和学校,取得了良好的社会效果,近来在我国也有了初步介绍和相关应用。究其实质,CISM是一种心理危机的的预防、教育和紧急救助,其有效性及相关因素仍需进一步考察。
