促性腺激素释放激素 ( Gn RH)在体内的重要功能是由促性腺激素释放激素受体( Gn RH- R)介导的 ,Gn RH及其受体相互作用的调控在繁殖性能调控中是一个关键性位点。本文从 Gn RH- R结构与功能、Gn RH- R基因表达调控、Gn RH- R介导的细胞信号转导机制等三个方面对 Gn RH- R近年来的研究进展进行了综述 ,并展望了 Gn RH-
The functions of GnRH are mediated by GnRH receptor (GnRH R). The regulation of the interaction of GnRH with its receptor is likely to be a crucial locus, which governs the regulation of reproduction activity. The latest study of GnRH R, including function and structure of GnRH R, regulation of GnRH R gene expression, as well as mechanism of signal transduction mediated by GnRH R, was reviewed in the present article.
