摘要
从本室临床分离到的 2 0株禽源大肠杆菌 ,经药敏试验筛选到四株抗性菌株提取质粒 DNA,电泳分析表明菌株各存在数量不等 (1~ 4个 )的质粒 DNA条带。分别用试剂盒回收出 5种大小不同的 R质粒 ,分别转化大肠杆菌 DH5α;但只有 2 0 .5kb、9.4 kb两种质粒转化成功 ,并获得了相应的抗药性 ;用含 9.4 kb质粒转化的大肠杆菌攻毒 ,可致死小鼠 。
Four double resistance strains were selected from 20 Escherichia coli strains of avian origin by antibiotic resistance test.Agarose gel electrophoresis of plasimd DNA purified from the 4 E.coli strains revealed the presence of 1~4 plasmid belts in each strain. The plasmids (20.50kb,9.4kb) were transformed to strain DH5α and the transformants acquired resistance corresponded to E.coli strain.The mice inoculated with DH5α carrying plasmid 9.4 kb died,the result showed that the plasmid 9.4 kb might carry toxin gene.
