摘要
采用金属型铸造工艺,开发了一种新型铝管复合铝冷却板。该铝冷却板内含由铝管构成的长而弯曲的冷却液通道,克服了传统的机加工-钎焊或嵌铸铜管等工艺制备铝冷却板的缺点。在普通金属型重力铸造条件下,浇注温度为710~740℃、模具温度为250~300℃、冷却空气流量为800~1000L/min,成功获得充型完整、铝管和铝板为冶金结合、铸件质量良好的铝管复合冷却板。
A new kind of compound aluminum cooling plate for radiant heat of electrical and electronic equipment has been developed by a new composite casting technology, which contains a long and curved coolant channel formed by an aluminum tube. The new casting process can overcome the shortcomings of machining-brazing process and inlaying cooper tube casting process. The high quality aluminum cooling plate with complete filling have been produced by metal gravity casting with pouring temperature of 710-740 ℃, mold temperature of 250-300 ℃ and cooling intensity of 800-1 000 L/min.
