摘要
实验以耍瓜、铁旦子、南昌雪梨、卡拉克赛、宁农甜3号、白兰瓜和PMR45共七个品种为供试材料,通过测量其果形指数、Vc含量和含酸量,比较和分析不同品种甜瓜果实的差异性。结果表明:卡拉克赛的果形指数最大,Vc含量最高,而含酸量较小。耍瓜的果形指数最小,含酸量和Vc含量处于中间位置。同时对甜瓜进行聚类分析,其结果为南昌雪梨、PMR45和卡拉克赛为一类,其余品种为另一类。
To analyze and compare the melon fruit diversity ,using shuagua,tiedanzi,nanchangxueh,kalakesai,rather ningnongtian3, bailangua and PMR45 as materials to investigate the fruit shape,Ve content and organic acid content. The results indicated that Kalakesai had the biggest fruit shape and the less organic acid content,the Vc content was the highest. Shuagua had the smallest fruit shape, the Vc content and organic acid was in the middle. Through analyzing the category of the melons by cluster analysis, the results indicated that Nanchuangxueli, PMR45 and Kalakesai were of the same class, and the others were another.
