摘要
针对三元水盐体系KBr-K2B4O7-H2O在348 K时溶解度及相平衡规律,采用等温溶解平衡法对该三元体系的相关系进行了详细研究。根据平衡液相的组成绘制了相应温度下的平衡相图。研究发现,该体系属于简单共饱和体系,无复盐和固溶体生成,相图中有1个共饱点、2条溶解度曲线,溶解度曲线对应的平衡固相分别为KBr和K2B4O7·4H2O。实验结果表明,KBr对K2B4O7有较强盐析作用。
Phase equilibria of the ternary salt-water system KBr-K2B4O7-H2O at 348 K were studied by the isothermal equilibrium method. According to the composition of solution, the phase diagram of the ter- nary system at corresponding temperature was plotted. The investigation indicated that the ternary system was a simple common saturation and without complex salt and solid solution. The phase diagram consisted of one invariant point and two solubility curves, and the equilibrium solid phases of the two solubility curves were K2B4O7·4H2O and KBr. The experimental results shows that potassium bromide has a strong salt-out effect on potassium borate.
