摘要
针对目前发动机与液力变矩器匹配精确度不高的问题,提出多目标优化匹配方案。在有关特性曲线的基础上,以二者共同工作的启动性能、功率利用率、燃油经济性为目标,建立了发动机与液力变矩器匹配的多目标优化数学模型,通过Matlab求解得出变矩器有效循环圆直径的优化参数。最后给出了具体算例并分析了优化结果。
For the low precision of the matching between engine and hydraulic torque - converter, a method of multi - objective optimization is presented. Based on the relevant characteristic curve, the starting performance, power efficiency and fuel economy are taken as the optimization targets when both of the two are working, multi - objective optimization mathematical model of the matching between engine and torque converter is established. Torque converter loop diameter optimal parameter is deduced through the MATLAB. Finally, a numerical example is given and the opti- mization results are analyzed.
