摘要
建立了内燃机主轴承热弹性流体动力润滑数学模型和有限元模型,通过模拟计算研究了贫油对主轴承润滑性能的影响。结果表明,贫油导致油膜占据的空间区域缩小,油膜被空穴破坏,呈现不连续分布,两接触面处于边界润滑状态,接触表面产生磨损;贫油促使油膜厚度和机油填充率减小,压力增大,摩擦功耗增大,加重了轴颈的不对中倾斜。
Mathematics and finite element models concerning with thermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication of a main bearing of internal combustion engine (ICE) are established. Lubrication behavior of the main bearing are studied by simulation on condition of supplied deficient oils. The results show that the region occupied by film shrinks, and the film distribution is discontinuous due to lean oils and destruction of cavities. Meanwhile, the two contact surfaces lie in boundary lubrication,and they begin to wear and tear. Poor oils also lead to the film thickness and oil fill ratiQ decreasing, pressure increasing, friction loss power increasing, and then the journal misalignments of the bearing is increased.
