摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径（CNP）管理模式在皮肤科护理中的应用效果。方法将120例急性湿疹、带状疱疹、急性荨麻疹和银屑病患者按入院日单双号分为实验组与对照组各60例，实验组应用CNP管理模式，对照组应用常规护理模式，比较两组在住院时间、住院费用、护理质量、患者满意度和健康知识掌握度方面的差异。结果实验组住院时间和住院费用低于对照组（P〈0．05），护理质量、患者满意度和健康知识掌握度均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论CNP管理模式的实施，能降低住院时间、减少住院费用，提高护理质量、患者满意度和健康知识掌握度，是一种高质量的护理管理模式，值得在皮肤科护理中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the clinical nursing path （CNP） management mode in the dermatology department nursing. Methods A total of 120 cases of acute eczema, herpes zoster, acute urticaria and psoriasis patients on admission day single were divided into experimental group and control group with 60 cases in each group, the experimental group used CNP management mode, the control group used conventional nursing model. Duralion of hospitalization, hospitalization costs, quality of care, patient satisfaction and health knowledge master degree were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, hospital stay and hospital costs were lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , quality of care, patient satisfaction and health knowledge grasp degree were higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The implementation of CNP management mode can reduce hospitalization time and costs, improve the quality of care, patient satisfaction and the mastering of health educalion knowledge. It is a kind of high quality nursing care management mode, is worth popularization and application in dermatology department nursing.
