摘要
国家教育部、中央政法委《关于实施卓越法律人才教育培养计划的若干意见》的出台与实施,标志着我国高等法学教育步入了一个崭新的发展阶段,其主要解决的问题是贯彻社会主义法治理念,实现培养模式的多元化,拓宽法律人才的知识视野,提高法律人才对法律的应用与实际操作能力。为达成这一目标,关于卓越法律人才培养机制的探索与研究尤为必要。财经高校法学院(系)应当继续充分利用学校经济学、管理学等优势学科的支撑作用,在法学专业课程体系的设置、应用性法学教材的建设、实践性教学路径的拓宽、跨学科知识的进一步复合与融合以及联合培养机制的进一步完善等方面,采取有效的措施,以期所培养的法律人才具备真正意义上卓越法律人才的基本素质。
The promulgation and carrying-out of the Proposals for Implementing an outstanding legal talent education program by the Ministry of Education and the Politics and Law Commission of the CPC Central Committee has marked a new stage for the development of law education in higher learning institutions in China. The major challenges are： to carry out the concept of rule of law, realize the diversified education modes, broaden the knowledge of legal talents, and improve their capabilities to apply laws and practice with laws. To achieve this goal, it is imperative to explore and study effective mechanisms for cultivating outstanding legal talents. Law schools/departments in finance and economics-oriented colleges and universities should continue to make full use of advantage of supporting functions from those strong disciplines such as economics and management science, and to implement effective measures in terms of the setting of legal science curriculums, development of applied teaching materials, extension of practical teaching paths, integration of interdisciplinary knowledge and improvement of joint-cultivating mechanisms, in an attempt to cultivate legal talents with virtuallv outstanding aualities.
