摘要
加强高校财务管理专业教学质量监控体系建设,是提高财务管理专业实践教学质量的重要环节。本科财务管理专业实践教学质量监控体系由监督检查子体系和信息反馈子体系构成。应在遵循教学质量监控体系建设基本原则的基础上,从制度建设、质量标准和激励机制三个方面入手,建立健全监督检查系统,在明确信息反馈主客体的前提下进行信息反馈渠道建设,以提高本科财务管理专业实践教学质量,培养具有较强学习能力、实践能力和创新能力的新型财会人才。
With the rapid increase of social demand for applied talents, the traditianal single teaching methods have been unable to meet the requirement of the age. Therefore, the importance of practice teaching in undergraduate course of financial management is increasingly outstanding, particularly the importance of building an appropriate practice teaching quality monitoring system. The practice teaching quality monitoring system for financial management contains two sub-system the supervision and inspection system and information feedback system. This article analyzes the supervision and inspection system from three aspects system construction, quality standard formulation, the incentive mechanism, and discusses the construction of information feedback channel based on the right object and subject. The purpose of this paper is to improve the practice teaching quality for undergraduate financial management education.
