关节镜下治疗儿童膝关节软骨严重剥脱五例 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下治疗儿童膝关节软骨严重剥脱的方法及为预防儿童膝关节严重伤残提供依据。方法5例膝关节软骨严重剥脱均行关节镜探查术，其中2例镜下清理，3例切开清理。结果4例在术后3-8周患膝临床好转出院，1例术后4周并发髁上无移位骨折。随访1年后5例均能快步行走，无肿痛，但活动度明显受限。结论儿童膝关节外伤在急性处理后，应严密观察，预防慢性感染；晚期彻底清创及充分灌洗引流是治疗关键。
