摘要
近年来门静脉炎由于其低发病率,很少引起临床医生的注意,本文通过对1例急性化脓性阑尾炎并发门静脉炎诊治过程进行分析并复习相关文献,提高急性阑尾炎并发门静脉炎的临床诊治水平。
Pylephlebitis in recent years because of its low incidence, rarely cause clinical doctor attention. In this arlieh~, diagnosis and treatment process of I case of aeule suppurative appendicitis complicated with pylephlebitis were analyzed ar, d the relevant lilerature was re viewed, improve the acute appendicitis complieated with pylephlebitis of clinical diagnosis and treatment level.
