摘要
阐述了夹砂缺陷的形成机理及消除对策;通过提高湿型砂中有效煤粉含量,降低型砂水分,以及合理的浇注系统和浇注工艺,解决了静压线生产汽车制动盘产生的夹砂结疤缺陷。
The formation mechanism and the solution of the scab defect were elaborated. The problems were solved during the process of making automobile brake discs in static pressure line by increasing the available coal powder content and reducing the water content in mould sand, and using optimized gating system and process.
