摘要
环境保护是我国的一项基本国策,随着我国国民经济的蓬勃发展以及城市人口的不断增加,城市建设步伐越来越大。伴随着城市的高速发展,生态破坏、气候变化等一系列环境影响等问题也大量凸现出来。如何面对城市建设产生的环境问题,按照现阶段我国实际情况,分析评价城市建设对环境的作用与影响,采取何种措施减少或杜绝城市环境污染、恢复城市生态损失,是摆在我们广大环保工作者面前的一项长期而艰巨的任务。
The environmental protection is a basic policy of our country, with the rapid development of our national economy and city population increases ceaselessly, the pace of the construction of city is more and more big. Accompanying with the high development of the city, ecological destruction, climate change and a series of environmental impact problems are highlighted. How to face the environmental problems on the city construction, according to the actual situation at present of our country, analysis and evaluation of city construction on environment influences, take which kind of measures to reduce or eliminate the environmental pollution of the city and to restore the city eco- logical loss, which is a long term and arduous task to be placed before us the general environmental protection workers.
