摘要
目的:探讨扁平化管理模式在神经外科护理工作中的应用成效。方法:在神经外科病区实施扁平化管理,落实责任制整体分组护理患者,比较实施前后患者、医师的满意度,护理人员辞职率及科室护理质量。结果:实施后患者、医师对护士工作满意度高于实施前(P<0.05),护士的辞职率低于实施前(P<0.05),科室的护理质量高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:在神经外科应用扁平化管理模式可有效提高患者、医师对护理工作的满意度,稳定护理队伍,提高科室护理质量。
Objective :To investigate the effect of the fiat management model in neuresurgery applications. Methods :Took fiat management in the neuresurgery ward,implement the responsibility as a whole grouping of patient care,satisfaction surveys on the patients and doctors,compared the resignation rate of nur- ses, quality of nursing before and after fiat management. Results: After the implementation of patient, doctor nurse job satisfaction than bofore ( P 〈 0. O1 ), nurse resignation rate lower than before ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , the quality of nursing department prior to the implementation of the above ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Flat management mode in neuresurgery, which can effective]y improve the satisfaction of patient and doctor on nursing work, and improve the stability of the nursing team,improve the quality of care of the department.
