抗紫外PET纤维的纺丝工艺探讨 被引量:6

摘要 用 CAD系列计量加料器将含水率低于 80μg/ g的抗紫外线功能母粒按比例 (7% )加入螺杆中与 PET切片混合熔融纺丝 ,纺丝速度 2 .2 km/ min,箱体温度 2 78.5℃ ,配合其他工艺条件 ,生产出的2 65dtex/ 36f抗紫外 PET纤维 ,强度 1 .7~ 1 .8c N/ dtex,伸度 1 70 %~ 1 90 %。紫外线屏蔽率 98% ,远红外发射率 82 %。 The ultraviolet resistant masterbatch with water content lower than 80 μg/g was proportionally (7%) fed into screw extruder by CAD dosing feeder and was melt\|spun with PET chip. Coordinated with other processing conditions, the spinning velocity should be selected as 2 200 m/min and manifold temperature 278 5℃. The resulting ultraviolet resistant fiber exhibits tenacity in the range of 1 7~1 8 cN/dtex, elongation 170%~190%, ultraviolet screen degree of 98% and far\|infrared emissivity of 82%.
