增容对PET固相增粘的影响

摘要 对仪征化纤股份公司聚酯生产线 A,B,C生产单元增容前、后大有光、半消光 PET切片的结构进行分析表征。对 A,B,C三个不同生产单元增容前后生产的切片固相增粘情况进行对比 ,以及同一生产单元增容前、后切片固相增粘和同一生产单元大有光、半消光切片固相增粘对比 ,并预测增容后大有光切片固相增粘规律。实验证明 ,增容后大有光切片固相增粘规律与预测一致。 The structure of semi\|dull and bright PET chips before and after bulking under different production units were characterized. The solid\|state polycondensation was compared between the chips before and after bulking of unit A, B and C, between the chips before and after bulking of the same unit and between bright chips and semi\|dull chips of the same unit. The solid\|state polycondensation laws of bright chips after bulking were predicted and was proved to be coincident with the experimental practice.
