摘要
研制出一种可成功代替鸡饲料中抗生素添加剂的复方多糖添加剂,将由黄芪20%—40%、刺五加20%—40%、香菇柄10%—20%、吸附剂5%—7%制成的复方多糖饲料添加剂饲养肉仔鸡,观察其对肉仔鸡的生长性能和免疫器官指数的影响。结果表明:复方多糖饲料添加剂试验组可以显著提高鸡的平均日增量(P<0.05),同时添加剂1.0%组提高鸡的免疫力方面效果显著(P<0.01),结论是复方多糖可成功代替鸡饲料中的抗生素添加剂。
Develop a compound polysaccharide additive substitute antibiotic additive chicken feed successfully. Methods: The compound polysaccharide additive feed, made of 20%----40% Radix Astragali, 20%----40% Manyprickle Acathopanax root, 10%--20% root of Leninus Edodes, 5%--7% absorbent, was used to feed broilers, to observe the impact it has towards broilers on the growing function and immune organ index. Results: The experimenting group of compound polysaccharide additive could increase the chickens daily average increment ( P 〈 0.05 ). Meanwhile, the additive 1% group has evident effect on improving chickens' immunities. (P 〈 0.01 ) Conclusions: The Compound polysaccharide could substitute the antibiotic additive in chicken feed successfully.
