摘要
分析了TMTD生产中原料二甲胺消耗偏高的原因 ,通过采取相应措施对装置进行工艺优化 ,使二甲胺消耗降低了38kg/t。
The reasons for relative high consumption of dimethylamine in the production of TMTD were analyzed.The appropriate measures for optimizing the process conditions were taken.The results showed that the consumption of dimethylamine decreased 38 kg/t.
