化学调控对玉米抗倒防衰及产量和品质的影响 被引量:13

摘要 为降低连阴雨灾害诱发的玉米倒伏、早衰和产量损失,采用矮壮素浸种以及矮壮素和玉黄金叶面喷施3个处理,研究了植物生长调节物质对玉米叶片衰老、倒伏、籽粒产量和品质的影响。结果表明,3种处理均在一定程度上提高了吐丝期和吐丝后20d玉米叶片的SPAD值、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,降低了叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量和根茎倒伏率。籽粒中蛋白质、淀粉和脂肪含量无显著变化,赖氨酸含量显著增加。矮壮素浸种和叶面喷施处理分别比清水对照增产2.87%和7.35%,叶面喷施玉黄金对籽粒产量无显著影响。 The prolonged cloudy and rainy days always result in severe grain yield reduction of maize in Huanghuaihai Region.The effects of chemical regulators on maize lodging,senescence,grain yield and quality of maize were studied through soaking seed with CCC(Chlormequat chloride),and spraying leaves with CCC or YHJ(Yuhuangjin).The result showed that the SPAD va-lue and SOD activities at silking stage and 20 days after silking were all improved by the three treatments,while the MDA content and lodging rate were all declined.The contents of protein,starch and oil were similar to those of CK,but lysine content increased significantly.The treatments CCC seed soaking and CCC spraying increased the grain yield by 2.87% and 7.35%,respectively,but the treatment YHJ spraying gave the similar grain yield to CK.
