摘要
医学研究生的培养是一个人文精神、科学知识和医学创新实践高度统一与融会贯通的过程。文章对医学研究生人文素质教育和创新能力的内涵、培养目标进行了界说,并对当前医学研究生创新能力的现状进行了分析,重点探讨了人文素质教育在医学研究生创新思维形成、创新人格养成和创新知识积累中起到的作用。
Training medical postgraduate is a practice highly unified and comprehensive process of humanistic spirit, scientific knowledge and innovative medical.
