摘要
SMD溶胶调驱是一种强化采油技术 ,为了更好地研究SMD溶胶体系的成胶稳定性 ,我们应用环境扫描电镜、扫描电镜、激光粒度仪、FT IR等方法研究了SMD溶胶驱油体系的成胶特征。研究结果表明 :粘土矿物的存在形态对SMD溶胶的稳定性有很大的影响 ,稳定的SMD溶胶的微观结构应具有立体网状的有序结构 ,网状结构中自由空间分布较均匀。通过加入添加剂可形成稳定的SMD溶胶。
SMD collosol displacement is a technology of enhanced oil production. In order to understand the gelling stability in SMD collosol system, the gelling characteristics of SMD system are studied by using environmental scanning electron micro scope, scanning electron microscope,laser granulometer, FT IR method, etc. The research shows that the existence morpholoy of clay mineral has a great influence upon the stability of SMD collosol,the stable SMD collosol's microstructure should be of ordered structure of stereo mesh that has uniform free space distribution. Additive may be added to form stable SMD collosol.
