摘要
在对快递爆仓现象进行简要介绍的基础上,对物流技术的构成进行了初步讲解,进而深入论述了快递爆仓背景下物流技术应用存在的诸如价格战、资金匮乏、人员技能低、缺乏革新动力、技术应用成本高、管理缺失和对新技术的引领不够等七个方面的问题,在此基础上重点从行业规范发展、放大示范效应、推动产业升级、技防人防结合、加大技术设备人员投入、加强上游信息整合和深化同业合作等七个方面提出了解决快递爆仓问题的有效对策。
In this paper, on the basis of a brief introduction of the overloading of express warehouses and a preliminary explanation of the composition of logistics technologies, we analyzed in-depth the problems in the application of the logistics technologies against the background of express warehouse overloading, such as price war, fund shortage, unskilled personnel, lack of force of innovation, high cost in the application of the technologies, absence of management and guidance of the new technologies, etc. On such basis, we proposed effective deal with the overloading problem by rectifying the development of the express industry, amplifying the model effect, promoting upgrading of the industry, combining technical and artificial prevention, increasing input in technology, equipment and personnel, strengthening upstream information integration and deepening intra-industrial cooperation, etc.
