摘要
以端羟基超支化聚合物(HBP)、二氯亚砜、间羧基苯磺酸钠为原料,经过酰氯化和酯化反应对HBP进行部分端基改性,制备出一种具有新型结构的烷基芳基磺酸盐表面活性剂(AAS-HBP).用红外光谱、元素分析对产物进行表征,并对其表面活性进行研究.结果表明,该烷基芳基磺酸盐超支化表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度比传统的烷基芳基磺酸盐表面活性剂(SDBS)低1个数量级,具有更高的表面活性.
A alkylaryl sulfonate hyperbranched polymer surfactant AAS-HBP with novel structure was syn- thesized through acyl chlorination and esterification with hyperbranched polymer HBP, dichlorosulfane and sodi- um m-carboxylbenzenesulfonate as raw materials. The structure of the product was characterized by IR and el- emental analysis. The surface activity of the alkylaryl sulfonate hyperbranched polymer surfactant was investi- gated. The results showed that the cmc of the alkylaryl sulfonate hyperbranched polymer surfactant was lower than that of the ordinary alkylaryl sulfonate surfactant (SDBS) by 1 order of magnitude, which exhibited higher surface activity.
