摘要
高校是党外知识分子比较集中的地方,党外知识分子工作是高校统战工作的基础性工作。以安徽师范大学党外知识分子为例,对党外知识分子基本情况进行研究、定位,总结新时期高校党外知识分子的主要特点,认真分析高校党外知识分子统战工作中存在的主要问题,研究如何把握当前党外知识分子工作的规律,通过建立健全高校统战工作保障机制等途径,做好党外知识分子统战工作创新,努力开创高校党外知识分子统战工作的新局面。
In colleges and universities, there＇re generally large number of non-Party intellectuals, thus the unity with whom becomes an essential part of college united front work. Taking the case of Anhui Normal University for instance, through detailed research and analysis on the current features of those non-Party intellectuals, this paper aims at studying the principles of non-Party intellectuals united front work as well as the corresponding innovation methods, so as to form a long-term working mechanism and open a new way to united front work of colleges and universities.
