摘要
研究了硝基苯电解液循环和水循环制备对氨基苯酚的工艺线路。电解液可循环 5次 ,成品水可循环 6次。该工艺的硫酸和氨水的消耗量降至原来的 2 5% ,硫酸铵和废水的排放量也减少了 75%。用此法精制得到的对氨基苯酚纯度≥ 99 5% ,其中杂质 4 ,4’ -二氨基二苯醚的质量分数≤ 1 0 - 5,整个工艺收率 >70 %。
A new process for producing p -amino-phenol,with circulation of electrolyte and effluent,has been studied.The consumptions of sulfuric acid and ammonia are approximately lowered to 25% of the original value,and the discharge capacities of ammonia sulfate and effluent are reduced by 75%.The process is very effective,resulting in purity of p -amino-phenol reaching a level of over 99.5%.The content of the main carcinogenic impurity in p -amino-phenol,4,4’-diaminodiphenylether is less than 0.001%.The total yield of the process is over 70%.
