摘要
目的:观察蠲痹汤联合甲氨蝶呤和双氯芬酸钠治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例活动期类风湿关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤片,每次10mg,每周1次;双氯芬酸钠,每次25mg,每日2次;口服治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用蠲痹汤加减内服外敷治疗。结果:治疗组有效率占88.90%,对照组有效率占72.22%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect ofjuanbi decoction combined with methotrexate and diclofenac sodium in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：72 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were treated with methotrexate tablets orally,10 mg each time and 1 time a week, diclofenac sodium orally,25 mg each time and 2 time a day.While the treatment group were treated with oral and apply juanbi decoction on the basis of treating the control group.Results：Effective rate of treatment group was 88.90%,Effective rate of control group was 72.22%.The two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with chinese-western medicine was better than that with western medicine only.
