摘要
本文回顾性分析了本院5年内发现的2例食管肺双原发癌的临床资料,2例患者均因上消化道症状来院就诊,在术前体检时发现肺部有占位性病变,1例术前通过纤支镜即明确双原发癌诊断,另1例通过术中快速病理明确诊断,均同时行手术治疗,术中顺利,术后恢复良好,均无术中及术后并发症发生,痊愈出院。并结合相关文献进行总结分析,认为做好围术期处理,同期行双原发癌手术是安全、可行的,并可能使部分患者受益,获得长期生存。
In this paper, the author retrospectively analyzes the clinical data of 2 cases of esophageal and lung consolidation in our hospital within five years of double primary cancer,two cases with upper gastrointestinal symptoms to the hospital, and finds that there is lung lesions in the preoperative physical examination, one case of preoperative through fiber bronchoscope is clear of double primary cancer diagnosis, another with the rapid intraoperative pathological diagnosis, both the patients treated with operation, with good intraoperative and postoperative recovery, there is no intraoperative and postoperative complications, discharge from the recovery.combined with the literature analysis,the author thinks that the perioperative treatment,underwent operation of double primary carcinoma is safe,feasible,and may benefit some patients, achieve long-term survival.
