摘要
针对连轧中型生产线冷床冷却后的钢材温度偏高导致矫直温度高，影响产品质量以及冷床裙板辊道辊子磨损严重等问题而对冷床冷却水系统、裙板辊道辊子结构进行优化改造，满足了生产工艺要求、提高了辊子使用寿命，达到了降低维检成本及工人劳动强度的目的。
Straightening temperature was higher because higher temperature of product in cold bed which impact product quality. We reconstructed the cooling water in cold bed, which satisfied the production process, and reducing the maintenance cost, at the same time, the labor intensity is decrease.
