摘要
分析新形势下高校学生教育管理工作面临的挑战,结合国家教育改革发展新目标和要求,在高校学生教育管理工作中应更新思想观念,提升管理者自身素质,强化服务意识,探讨更好地为高校人才培养服务的途径。
Starting from an analysis of the new challenges of the education and management of college students in the new situation and combining the educational reform and development strategy, the thesis discusses that we must renew our thought, promote our quality and strengthen the service consciousness in the process of education and management of students at colleges, which accesses the better service of the college personnel training.
