摘要
本文针对240t钢包回转台生产使用中的实际问题,利用ANSYS软件对其回转臂进行有限元分析,找出了回转臂的薄弱环节,并对其结构进行了改进。改进后的回转臂重量下降,而强度和刚度上都有很大提高。
In order to solve the problem existing in operation of the revolving arm of 240 t ladle turret, the finite element analysis of its revolving arm was performed with software ANSYS. The weakness of the revolving arm was found and its structure was improved. The weight of the improved revolving arm is declined, but its strength and stiffness are increased.
