摘要
新时期,经济形势的变化对于煤矿企业带来了更大的挑战,对于煤矿企业的思想政治工作提出了更多的挑战。目前,我国煤矿企业组工思想政治工作目前还存在着很多的不足,只有加强煤矿企业组工思想政治工作,才能促进煤矿企业的发展。本文对煤矿组工思想政治工作的创新进行了分析与研究。
In the new era, changes of economic situation poses a greater challenge for coal mine enterprises and ideological and political work of coal mine enterprises. At present, there are many shortcomings in the ideological and political work of China＇s coal mine enterprise. Only to strengthen the coal enterprise workers＂ ideological and political work, can promote the development of coal mine enterprise. This article analyzes and studies the innovation of ideological and political work of coal mine worker.
